2020 Women’s Leadership Summit

Creating Cultures of Inclusion

February 27, 2020 | Mississauga Convention Centre

An inclusive business culture is one where everyone experiences an equal sense of acceptance, support, value and respect that enables them to speak up, share insights, participate fully and provide more value to the organization.

Over the course of this dynamic, six-hour learning and networking event we will examine how shifts in organizational culture can create inclusive, engaged communities where everyone—particularly women—are able to reach their potential, both individually and collectively. We will also explore how each of us can impact this shift, regardless of who we are, or the position we hold in a company.
